The rooms were clean. The linens, sheets, and towels were fresh. The Breakfast menu and foods at the pool bar were tasty. Free upgrade rooms.

While the breakfast was amazing, I noticed that the staff were a bit slow in providing cutlery. If guests are in a hurry, waiting for cutlery can be inconvenient. Given that the hotel was fully booked with conferences, I believe the staff might benefit from additional training to handle high-occupancy situations more efficiently.

Outstanding service from professional staff at front desk housemaids bar and dinning room staff Fantastic facilities including the Excellent clean swimming pool wonderful bar with cold beers Well equipped gym excellent breakfast dining with Huge buffet selection for all tastes. This is without doubt the Premium Hotel of Jember.

Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out. There’s cafe and restaurant food downstairs as well as a small supermarket. Honestly everything you need

The room is clean and i see some improvement in cleanliness compared to my stay last year. I go to Jember and stay at Aston every year and I really like that this time, I dont smell any smoke residue in my room. But I still smell some in the corridor especially near the emergency exit. I have a very sensitive nose to cigarette smoke. The pool also cleaner. The staffs are very helpful too. The breakfast and food may need more improvement, but this time I dont try the breakfast

Stayed here afew times over the years, by far the best hotel in Jember. Always very clean rooms, all the facilities are well kept. The staff are very professional and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice. I dont have a bad word to stay about this hotel.

Outstanding courteous service from all staff trained to professional level. Excellent breakfast selection .. Very comfortable hotel and always my preferred choice .I love the pool gymnasium and room service.

The staff were friendly and great customer service. The facilities were superb. Love to come back again there. 10/10 ❤️👌 love the breakfast time and the staff were very helpful and the dishes were so delicious.
